BODYATTACK
The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class can be adapted to all fitness levels and combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. When you can burn up to 730 calories per class, there is no doubt that you will leave with a sense of achievement!
BODYBALANCE
The yoga-based class that embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. BODYBALANCE™ will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple moves. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your body & leave the class feeling calm and centered.
BODYCOMBAT
The class that is the equivalent to performing 1700 crunches. BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide display of disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Mauy Thai. Strike, punch and kick your way through calories to release your inner warrior.
BODYPUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body using light weights, while performing high repetitions - this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle. This 60-minute full-body workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for - and fast!
SENIORS & SENIOR STRENGTH
Our Senior Circuit Class is tailored specifically for over 50’s and is suitable for all fitness levels. This class will include exercises to improve both physical strength and aerobic capacity And MOST importantly it is FUN!
Our Senior Circuit Strength Class is tailored specifically for over 50’s & is suitable for all fitness levels. This class will focus on strength exercises to improve both physical strength and bone density.
PILATES
Pilates Is a whole body workout and can be adapted to all fitness levels. Pilates will increase your energy, core strength, flexibility and posture. It promotes weight loss, increases awareness in body and mind connection and will aid in preventing you from future injuries. All this improves your overall health.
YOGA-MIND & BODY
Mind & Body (Yoga-Balance) – An amazing mind and body class incorporating elements of Yoga and Tai Chi that is suitable for all levels. You will sleep better and feel more relaxed after this class. Time to open into awareness, bring flexibility to your mind and strength to your muscles. You will leave feeling alive yet filled with a sense of peace and calm.
AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua Aerobics A fun water exercise class with practically no joint impact, perfect for recovery and rehabilitation. Set to great music, Aqua is a fantastic enjoyable way to get fit while keeping cool. Come along and meet your instructor Melody and make some new friends! Not included in club membership. $10 per class.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training is a full body workout combining cardio, resistance and bodyweight training. Designed to increase coordination, strength and endurance, spiking your metabolism, burning fat and building muscle in a 45-minute class.
